Master Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Matrix
| Error Code / Indicator | Symptom / Meaning | Step-by-Step DIY Fix | Suggested Actions |
|---|---|---|---|
N/A | Burner does not ignite immediately Possible Cause: Air in gas lines, closed gas cylinder valve, or incorrect ignition procedure | Turn knob to small flame position, perform manual ignition, and check that there is sufficient gas in the cylinder. | DIY Safe |
N/A | Appliance completely fails to function / no gas supply Possible Cause: Main gas supply shut off, empty gas cylinder, or component failure | Close gas inlet tap, check gas cylinder level, and contact authorized dealer/service engineer. | DIY Check / Tech Fallback |
N/A | Gas leak detected (smell of gas) Possible Cause: Loose fittings, damaged flexible hose, or open valve | Immediately open windows, evacuate vehicle, extinguish all open flames, do not touch electrical switches, shut off gas cylinder valve, and contact an authorized technician. | Professional Intervention Required |
