Only operate the stove with the type of gas (propane or butane) and pressure, as indicated on the rating plate.

Q: Why is the cooking appliance too hot to touch?
The appliance is manufactured to heat food and as a result certain areas will become hot. Touchable surfaces like knobs and handles should remain within a safe touchable temperature. If you are concerned about these temperatures, please contact your dealer who can measure the temperatures to ensure they are correct.
Q: Why do I need to keep the door open for grilling?
The grill burner works efficiently with the correct circulation of gas and ambient air. Closing the door prevents the circulation of this air and can result in dangerous products of combustion.
Q: How does the grill function on my oven work?
Does your oven have a grill / grill function? Note that the grill function may only be operated with the grill door open. The following applies here: Grill switched on – grill door opened or tilted Grill switched off – grill door closed Note: More and more Thetford appliances with a grill have a safety device that prevents the grill from operating when the grill door is closed. As soon as the grill door is closed, the gas flame goes out.
