Possible cause: Thawing process in progress (outside temperature between 4 °C – 7 °C) or outside temperature below 4 °C. Wait for the thawing process to complete if outside temperature is between 4 °C and 7 °C. Note that heating is not possible if the outside temperature is below 4 °C.

Device cooling / heating inadequately or not at all

Possible cause: Filter soiled or external air routes soiled / blocked. Clean or change the filter, and inspect external air routes to remove any blockages.

Moisture on underside of air distributor

Possible cause: High humidity and open windows or doors. Close windows and doors and select a high fan level.

Water dripping out of air distributor

Accepted Answer

Possible cause: Condensation trap on external unit blocked, seal between device and roof not intact, or system at too much of an angle. Check and clear the condensation trap, inspect roof seal integrity, and ensure the vehicle is parked within the permissible operating angle. If the issue remains unresolved, contact an authorised service agent.

Remote control not working
