Master Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Matrix
| Error Code / Indicator | Symptom / Meaning | Step-by-Step DIY Fix | Suggested Actions |
|---|---|---|---|
Operational Fault | Backflow caused by pressure pumps with high switching hysteresis. | Install a non-return valve between the outlet to the cold water tap and the drain valve. | DIY Safe |
Operational Fault | Blown boiler fuse or incorrect electrical connection. | Check and replace the 1.6 A slow-acting fuse (IEC 127/2-III) located on the control p.c.b. Verify 12 V polarity (red = positive, blue = negative). | DIY Safe |
Operational Fault | Transposed electrical connections (reversed polarity). | Disconnect power immediately. Correct the wiring at the terminal (red to positive, blue to negative) and ensure the supply line is properly fused (5 - 10 A). | DIY Safe |
